As a club, we're lucky to have a mix of super skills in our committee members and that includes having lots of great ideas about things we want to run, but the one super power we lack is the ability to create more hours in the day....
And that's where YOU can help...
Members Only Show - 9 November, Stretcholt
We desperately want to get this together for our members as we know you enjoy a bit of showing whether that's in-hand, ridden or doing our dog classes! Please can you RSVP to the event, if you are thinking of coming to the show so we know how many to expect. Full schedule below:
HOWEVER, in order to run, we also need helpers! Folks to steward for the judges and help us set up. Our committee members are already stretched running our dressage series, our training (inc setting up for those poles and jump clinics) and supporting our teams (every Area and National team event requires a 'willing' party to donate a day of their time to help!)

Which brings me nicely to our second super human request.....
Could you bring your skills to the committee?
As already mentioned, our merry band of equestrians are running at maximum tilt to bring you the current programme, and - as is natural in life - greater demands on each of their lives outside of horses (yes I know, we were shocked to learn there is an outside horses too!) means that one or two members will be stepping down at the end of the year.
In order for the club to continue in 2025, we NEED more people to join the committee.
The current committee has been in place for 4 years, and we'd like to thank each member looking to stand down for their support, effort and time over the past four years. For those continuing to stand, we also thank them for their energy and enthusiasm for the club for the past years and for their continued ongoing support as BKRC Committee Members.
